Hmmm... dA ate my initial comment. Suffice it to say, that what I admire most about this piece is it's remapping of conceptual territory -- especially the complicated spaces of "Erewhon".
The monstrous fish, reminded me of the film Maelstrom. I did say a lot more prior, but I'm sure it was just babble as I'm medicated on pain relievers right now.
Love this though, incredibly so.

You always provide me with a favourite. I am in love with your mapping out, of those paradoxes of deterritorializations, here -- in the tracing of the "concept" of "erewhon". -- Have you seen the film Maelstrom? You have an incredible talent for reinventing mythology and putting the universal in such interesting, locatable spaces. I love this piece.

Really cool stuff, looks like a CD cover or something I've seen before. Really like the look on the fish's face, and the colours kick ass. Don't like the grid though.

the rust and textures are just mindboggling. the grid here also is great, you know, acting like a net n all-- and making her look like she wants to escape the time-space(2D) she's trapped in.
