This was a lot of fun to work with! I started this one in SAI and then brought it into PS to paint. Base colours/ laying out of colours was done in SAI detail and painting was done in photoshop.Related content

Love the seaweed-esque fins. She seems like she's almost in a freshwater setting from the murkiness, and greenness of the water.

Gorgeous! I love that it really does look like she's glowing, such a nice effect with her light lure. And I like the murkiness of the water, it gives the piece a darker, dingier look at a mermaid

'easy paint tool SAI' is a drawing program that's not so new. Its great really. Though everything in this, that you can see was done in PS.
