Description Here is one of the silk screen prints of the linked design: [link] This is an original design that was inspired by the Two Trees of Valinor, Telperion and Laurelin, which are in JRR Tolkien's "The Silmarillion".

I, with the help of , hand made and painted the screens (NO LIGHT EMULSION FILLER WAS USED!). I print them by hand and print one tree at a time, letting them dry in between each print.

This design will be available for sale for custom tees. Due to the loving nature of this design, I will also be making them into "just married" tees for newly wedded couples since I have nicknamed the design "wedding trees"

This design has a slight grunge texture to give it character.

Design, imagery, and shirt copyright to Sarah Elder, 2012, Draikairion. Under NO circumstances may you copy, use, reproduce, or redistribute this image or its original vector design. You may note me if you are interested in using it and we will discuss term then.

You should submit this design to Threadless! I'd love to have one of these shirts, but it sounds like such a difficult process.

By the way, this t-shirt design is available for custom prints on my Etsy store now if you're interested! [link]

I can do any color t-shirt with any color trees . The initial process of making the screens is agonizing and long but the print itself isn't that bad. Plus, it makes the t-shirt more special since it's hand printed and truly a work of art!

Part of the art of this piece is the difficult process though, and the t-shirts wouldn't be quite as special if they were not printed by the artist's own hand. However, I do intend to send the vector graphic off to a professional t-shirt screenprinter if this design gets popular enough.

I will be selling this tee on my Etsy store soon and I will take custom orders! Thanks for your warm suggestion ^^. Might consider using Threadless.
