Media: Derwent Studio coloured pencils.

A margay is basically a leopard about the size of a domestic cat.

- composed from 9 different source images, primarily one for the stance, one for the head and one for the background.

- took about half an hour to sketch in a design I was happy with
- about 45 minutes to draw the head, and another 2 hours for the rest.

- 2 shades of blue in the eyes, plus white.
- 3 browns, 2 greys, blue-grey and black for the fur (plus a bit of pink in the ears and nose)
- 5 greens in the background, plus black brown and grey.

= total of 19 different colours overall and about 3 and half hours from start to finish.
