One of the more qilin-insipired drakhan, Vo'Lec is a Lightning/Shadow breed. He's of the more cultured variety, enjoying tea of a good game of chess against humans. That said, when he's not being a gentleman, he's essentially second-in-command in the rough equivalent of the primary drakhan population's Air Force, for more of "Asskicking Equals Authority" reasons.I totally don't imagine him having a British accent.
