Pretty much what you said: For me, this picture being vore or unbirth is not that really relevant as I don't contemplate neither the possibility of digestion or age regression in my ideas, so I let it up to Graphite.

For me the important part is that because of the belly's size and shape, and also because of the demon sisters' particular relationship, they would be able to make it pass as pregnancy. They don't plan to reveal it's vorish origin to anyone else, they'd rather spend their time doing pregnancy-related things, like buying and trying maternity clothes on Kneesocks, stuffing her stomach full of food to please her "pregnant cravings", having intimate times, and pretty much making sure everyone else thinks she's just hugely hyperpregnant, and not related at all to the sudden dissapearance of Daten City's most well known angels.

Just for the record, I have no interest in age regression or anything, unbirth is just a convenient mechanism for long term endosoma, since the womb is a safe and intimate place. Not to mention, unbirth allows me to combine many of favorite kinks; big bellies filled with attractive women, pregnancy eroticism, and especially intimacy.

Yeah, no worries, I don't really like age regression either, I just wanted to point out that while both vore or unbirth are pretty fine to me, there's always implications I'd rather avoid, to put some examples:

-If I say vore, some people might assume that it will involve either digestion, absorption or that the prey will come out. I usually try saying it's non-lethal or even calling it endosoma so it gets clear that the prey is intended to stay there for an undetermined amount of time.

-But unbirth however, while it's easier to say it's endosoma as the womb is not meant to digest food, it always get related to the topic of someone crawling into someone else's vagina, which is a pretty dodgy topic here, and besides that there are those concepts some people like and I don't, aka age regression or unbirth digestion.

I usually say vore because it's easier to achieve for a casual scenario, as technically the pred only needs to open her mouth and swallow the prey, while unbirthing means the pred had to take her clothes off, put herself in a good position and have the prey either crawl inside by herself or have someone else to push her in, then put back the clothes on.
But besides that yeah, unbirth is preferable because all of what you mentioned.
