Sadly, people tend to ignore them ;_; I also think Dinky Doo is their daughter. She's always seen with Carrot Top and stands next to Written Script during the "Life in Equestria" song in the finale episode of season 3.

I am so glad somebody else sees it that way! People always say Dinky is Derpy and Doctor Whooves' kid, but they are never shown all together. As for Dinky, she is always shown with Carrot Top and Written Script.
