Description Fine silver and star sapphire. Made from scratch by me It's the first time I used bezel wire in stone setting. It's definitely not perfect, I know, but I like this pendant .

Don't worry about the bezel it will come.Do you have a bezel rocker? Or even an agate that comes to a smoothe end?
I really love your inspiration, the moon. She reallyinhabits the imagination, doesn't she?

Oh yes, she does .
I have no tool like bezel rocker but I'll find sth suitable... Agate? Do you mean normal stone with a smooth edge? To press the bezel?

Yes, my bezel rocker is a moon shaped piece of metal about 12 gague thick made from a piece of an old typewriter...now if I could only make a handle for it. Sometimes I use a piece of agate but I wouldn't do that with your beautiful sapphire!!! But there are burnishers made with agate, yes.

Fajne, choć mam wrażenie, że ten księżyc jest trochę... mało księżycowaty. Te roślinki (śliczne swoją drogą ) trochę za bardzo dominują nad sierpem, który jest albo za mało okrągły albo jakkolwiek za mało widoczny. Ale szafir mi się podoba, choć prywatnie dałabym tam ametyst (takie prywatne zboczenie )

No właśnie częściowo to problem zdjęcia, bo księżyc jest bardzo okrągły, bo całość jest na planie koła, ale jakoś na zdjęciach tak to wychodzi. Choć fakt, mógłby być szerszy, może lepiej by to wyglądało... albo kwiaty bardziej płaskie..- choć to akurat średnio wykonalne, bo musiałam dać tam dodatkową warstwę srebra, żeby kasta kamienia miała zaczep (to gniazdko na kamień. Szafiry gwiaździste to z kolei moje zboczenie Kocham te kamienie, i idealnie skojarzył mi się z księżycową nocą - gwiazda na granatowym niebie. No, a ametystów po prostu chwilowo nie mam, przynajmniej nie w formie do oprawy (tylko koraliki), ale też strasznie lubię te kamienie.
