My external memory. I store here my cell phone numbers which I fail to remember and I'm gonna write down all my ICQ numbers as well. Computers and cell phones are waaay far from safe storing media!

I was exploring new fields: coptic stitching, leather binding, that "glue leather over a string" nameless technique...

This book definitely isn't perfect. I used too thick string for sewing and went against paper grain so the pages wrinkle...and next time I must remember to measure the leather precisely(!)
But on the other hand, I learned a lot. For example, what to do, when your cover material is too thick so you can't use paper for end pages. How to wash leather and don't stretch it so you won't end with something undefinable instead of a rectangle. That paper grain is not to be overlooked. How too punch holes into covers.
Overall, i was great.

Aaaand I love that thing. Covers are smooth and soft and I cant stop touching them.

Pages are A5 linked papers folded in half, torn from old notebooks. It was recycled paper, so it's, like, recycled recycled book. I'm soo green.
