Equus Sancturus: A Horse's Sanctuary.Don't know what inspired me to paint this...completely different from my usual stuff - including the fact it's a traditional painting!! When was the last time I did one of those...? Agggees ago.
Well here we go...kind of like a Patronus I guess...well that was the idea.
Anyways, hope you enjoy and please tell me what you think.Sorry the photo isn't very good. I took it with my phone so I think that the resolution is excusable.

For this one, I used regular acrylic except for the water in which I used metallic silver paint.

Thank you. Yes I agree. Horses aren't my forte. It is a bit too pokey.

I stared @ it for 15 minutes, because it is so mesmerising. The background is amazing the way that is contrasts with the black tree, luminous horse and delicate leaves.
