SO, basically you can draw him a birthday picture before Aug.26, and then I think he gets to see them.

PS) Incase any of my watchers don't know who Vic is, he is a voice actor. My personal favorite character he's done is Tamaki Suoh, from Ouran High School Host Club. Among SO MANY OTHER things he's done XDD but yeah c: ok! Gotta go submit.
