Description The spell hit the floor as Draco rolled and remarkably dodged it. It bounced off of the wall and hit a plant that Draco's mother had placed. The plant died instantly.

'That could have been me.' Draco thought to himself.

"Draco!! Get over here! The professors will take it from here!" Hermione yelled. Her eyes filled with tears of joy and fear. The joy was knowing he was alive, the fear was that someone could get killed.

Draco ran over almost held her in his arms once more, but then Voldemort used the levitation spell to levitate Hermione.

"Hermione! NOOO!" Draco screamed.

"It's alright Draco, I'll be alright, they can't hurt me!" Hermione didn't sound so confident, she sounded scared, almost deathly frightened.

"Imperious!" Voldemort casts the spell on Hermione. He lets her down gently as she begins to fill with rage.

"Hermione, are you all right?" Draco said. He didn't seem to hear that Voldemort put a spell on her.

"Highhhhh AAA!!!!" Hermione screamed. She grabbed her wand ad yelled, "Stupefy!" Luckily, Draco didn't pass out, it wasn't strong enough to knock him out.

Hermione held her wand up to Draco's neck and was about to finish him off when Voldemort said,

"Leave him. Let's go minion. Come along Bellatrix, I did promise you we would go to the ball." He said as he approached her to give her a light kiss on her cheek. She smiled and they vanished out. Hermione following.

"Her-" Draco started. But Professor Dumbledore cut him off. At that moment, Hermione was gone.

"Its no use Mister Malfoy, she has been put under a curse. There is no getting her back until we find a way to destroy Voldemort once an for all." Draco's hopes dropped. One second he was centimeters away from feeling her soft lips pressed against hers, and the next she is walking away with their worst enemy.

"Uhh... What happened." Lucius was suddenly awake and really mad. "You! You treacherous, evil, little git! You are the worst excuse for a son anyone could ever have!"

"Don't you worry Draco, I have sent the and the Ministry of Magic here to haul him off to Azkaban, but not before his trial of course." Dumbledore announced. As if on que, the Ministry of Magic came to take Lucius to wizard court for his trial.

'Thank you Dumbledore!' Draco thought.

Draco felt so pleased that his father was finally getting what he deserved. But he remembered that Hermione was gone. Gone until Voldemort and his death eaters were destroyed! He must help.

-------------------------------------------------------------------

"Alright Bellatrix! Are you ready I go to that ball?" Voldemort asked Bellatrix.

"Yes I am. But what are we going I do with... Her." Bellatrix asked while glaring at Hermione. They had Hermione tied up after she had broken free of the curse.

"We will... Give her to the dementors!" Voldemort answered.

"No!" Bellatrix whined. "I want to watch her suffer! Can we just put her somewhere, THEN we can torture her!"

"Alright. Death Eaters!" He snapped his fingers as he summoned them. "Bring the girl to the dungeon. We will deal with her..." He gave Hermione a scowl, "Later..."

The death eaters grabbed Hermione and dragged her down the concrete stairs. She could hear the drawbridge opening while Voldemort and Bellatrix walked out.

"Mmmmm!" Hermione tried to scream, but they had put a spell on her that had kept her from talking. She was also tied up.

The death eaters threw her into a charmed sell that there was no possible way to get out. They released the spell, she was untied and could speak.

She started to cry. She took this time to think. She thought about Harry, and Ginny. Ron and Lavender. Neville and Luna. All of the Professors. But most importantly, Draco.

Hermione loved Draco deeply. She wanted to be able to hold him again. To kiss him as passionately as he could. For him to hold her in her arms. Hermione started to fiddle with the necklace that he had given her. She read the back over and over again. She couldn't stop thinking about him.
She missed him so much. She started to sob again.

----------------------------------------------------------------------

"We need to think of a plan to find where Voldemort is hiding." Draco said to Dumbledore as they entered Hogwarts. "They have to be hiding Hermione somewhere. If we can just get int-"

Draco remembered something. How could he have forgotten this!

Draco ran up to the Slytherin common room with impressive speed and whipped the door open to his room. He opened his beside table to get a small box. The box was charmed. He used the same charm on Hermione's necklace he had given her. He could present himself as a hologram in front of Hermione as long as she had the necklace. How could he have not thought about this before?

Draco opened the box and cast a spell on the inside. Within moments, he was standing in front of Hermione in her cell as a hologram.

"DRACO!" She screamed. "How did you get here?" She asked.

"Shh! You can't let the prison guards know I'm here. Now, where are you?"

"There death eaters. I am... What I think is..." Hermione stuttered.

She wasn't completely sure. But she had a hunch.

"Spit it out Hermione!" Draco said furiously. "I'm sorry... I didn't mean to yell, but I need to know...now!"

"I think I am in Godric's Hollow." Hermione announced.

Draco's face dropped.

"Are you sure?" Draco asked.

"I am pretty sure..." Hermione didn't sound positive.

"Damn Hermione! I need you to be positive! I need to know where you are so I can save you! I need you, I can't live without you! I love you!" Draco started crying and fell to his knees, face buried in his hands.

"I am so sorry Draco, please don't cry over me..." Hermione begged and pleaded. She hated seeing her boyfriend crying.

Thump. Thump. Thump.

"What's that?" Hermione asked.

Draco stopped sobbing for a moment and looked up.

"Death eaters! Hermione I have to go!"

"No! Don't leave me here Draco! Please! Is there anyway you can take me with you?" She had tears in her eyes.

"No, I'm sorry!" Before she could say anything, he disappeared. Hermione fell forward. Laying where he stood in holograph form. She cried and cried and cried.

The death eaters finally made there way down to the cell. The first one was tall and dark haired. His face was ugly, with pimples on his forehead. He said,

"What was that girl?" To Hermione. Hermione didn't look up to answer. She didn't answer at all.

The second one, a rather short, rat faced one, told the first one,

"I told you it was just the girl making ruckus. Now let's go back upstairs." They both nodded and headed back upstairs. Leaving Hermione crying, while she lay on the floor. Necklace in hand. She was clutching for dear life. She was so scared.

------------------------------------------------------------------------

Draco was standing in his room, crying like had never before. The only thing in earth he cared most for, was gone.

"Draco! Where's Hermione? I heard she was captured!" Blaise said, out of breath. He had just come in running.

Draco turned toward him and glared. He finally reacted and grabbed his throat and pushing him up against the wall. Holding him there.

"You told my father about Hermione. I thought you WANTED US TO BE TOGETHER!" Draco took out his wand and put it to Blaise's throat. "I should kill you right now!"

Blaise placed a devious smirk on his face. In a flash, smoke appeared and he was gone.

"Damn!" Draco yelled. He punched the wall with fury. A hole went straight through. Draco collapsed. He obviously couldn't live without Hermione. How to get her out of Godric's Hollow... How...

"Dumbledore! McGonagall! Hermione is in Godric's Hollow. Voldemort is keeping her hostage in a charmed cell! What can we do? I need her professors. We have to stop Voldemort." Draco seemed so determined. He must have her!
