Description "You fancy the saying 'praise the Lord all ye dragons'. But, serpent, I ask, where are your songs?"

------------------------------
Psalm 148:7 "Praise the Lord from the earth, ye dragons, and all deeps:"

Psalm 33:3 "Sing unto him a new song; play skilfully with a loud noise."

A brief thought. I've been enamored with the idea of dragons. The majesty of such fantastical creatures is hard not to admire. While Psalm 148:7 could very well refer to large sea creatures, the King James Version does use the word "dragons" which naturally led to this fanciful thought of dragons giving God praise.

Hence this draconic character I took to calling Lyrakel - a conductor for a draconian choir. As I entertained this thought, I couldn't help but imagine Lyrakel posing a question for myself. While I would put forth the notion of dragons, and by extension, the artists who depict them to consider giving God the glory of the craft, I must put myself to that standard as well.

I've scribbled a few songs. I sing them from time to time. But often I find myself putting together words for to cope with my own emotions, rather than to reflect on my blessings and sing unto the Lord.

Words may mean little. But out of the abundance of the heart, the mouth speaks. So let there be joy and praise.
