The colors are....bright.

The background is a little plain; it's just a rainbow spectrum and isn't very eye appealing. Try integrating more objects into it to add more meaning? What are they standing on, why are they there--add more diversity than slapping a vector on a background.

And the colors of the vectors have been skewed in a bad way. There's an odd spot on Rarity's tail that draws attention. That, and her mane gradient is backwards.

Pinkie's eyes have also suffered a bit of discoloration, one eye seeming purple, and the other teal/purple.

I say it's adorable!
Except that I never liked that Rarity originally wasn't with the rest 5 and I find this always looking a little weird.
Still it's amazing! I love the RAINBOW background. And the shades!
