Bascially suprised no one thought of this matchup yet, but knowing this video clip and the times I placed Skyrim, I'm suprised no one thought about this matchup until today. Also this music video expresses how the Guard views their world

Connections:
Both are characters who compared to the main players(Dragonborn to Byleth)....are just the average joe/regular guardsman of their world....yet despite it all, are beloved among the community for their quotable lines and just charming attitude to their jobs.
This would lead them to gain fanart and parody works that makes them badass to some extent. But official games(for better or worse) have "official" powers(Glitches in Bestheda; Gatekeeper summoning a rally of students of heroes in fire emblem heroes)

While not a lot of connections, the idea of a 1v1 deadlist warrior style fight would be so hilarious especially how the glitches and fire emblem heroes gameplay comes into effect so yeah.
