Right-hand man of a man named Vauban. He allows for corrupt cops to roam, crime to run free, and sells drugs to poison the community so they can pay for therapy so the office can give the money to the higher ups. Atriscus got a tip that Ruby found out that he was crooked, so one day, he decided to get rid of Ruby.

But bc he got that tip from EmpError, he sorta owes him. So Astricus works with him sometimes.
