Nine tails fox comes from ancient Chinese stories.Then these stories were taken to another countries.
In our tales,Some of them are beautiful and kind,they can change their appearances,so that they looked like the real persons.They want true love,so most of them train theirselves for thousands of years to get married with humans.
But some of them are cruel and bad.They change their appearances to kill humans.They will eat persons' hearts and bodies.
But all of them,they have 900 years to live,one tail means 100 years.When they died,they will lost one tail,then they can be alive.But when they lost all the nine tails,they won't bring back to life.
I write the Hanzi on the tails~
壹=一=one
贰=二=two
叁=三=three
肆=四=four
伍=五=five
陆=六=six
柒=七=seven
捌=八=eight
玖=九=nine
The Hanzi on the lantern is "福",it means blessing and it is reverse.Because the "reverse" has the same voice with "come" in Chinese.So the reverse "福" means the blessing comes~
