Face and upper-body seems about right, I'm giving a minus for the legs, they look a bit too chubby. The dots on the socks and the dress could be more uniform for the pattern but considering that it's a hand-drawing I can't complain, shading seems about right and I love how the hair actually seems be want to flow.
