This is cute, SO FREAKING CUTE! I really like how you draw Starfire and Robin in the old style of the old Teen Titans. The shading is blending well with the colors. The background is okay,but their necks seem pretty long. I also think its really cute when Robin blushes its just so freaking adorable! and this take me way back when I watch the old Teen Titans from CN as kid and now its Boomerang(I think). I would like to copliment you on several aspects of this drawing, first of all the shading is perfect, from hair, to skin, to material e.g. on the clothes. It gives the drawing a cartoonish yet detailed look.
The lines flow very nicely making it fun to look at the drawing.
Another thing that immediatly caught my attention was the body language between the two characters, displaying the situation very well.
There are some problems with the proportions, but they can be overlooked because the rest of the piece is executed very well.
