A tribute to the fact I got a freaking Pua plushy as gift from my sister xDD
I know the proportions are like, waaaaay out of it, but I thought it was cute so I rolled with it xDD
I also 'forgot' Moana's tattoos, but tbh I like it this way quite a lot and I'm afraid I'll ruin it if I throw her tattoos into the mix lmao
In the movie, it's kinda obvious Pua doesn't grow anymore, but tbh, I just wanted to have a grownup Pua for grownup Moana and I thought going for a Pumba-like height was the best way to go lol

Small dialogue cuz writing a big one would get on my nerves lmao

Moana was sitting on a rock of the dense Motunui forest, trying to have a clear mind in the chaos that surrounded her.
The Chaos which she liked to call 'the 10 irritating suitors.' Even though she knew for some of them that was an overrated statement.
Yes, some of them were nice, like Aputi or Rangi. Some of them just gave her mixed feelings, like Mahana, Akamu and Mavia. The rest of them are just... vague. A wasteland she wouldn't want any other way then to leave it alone.
Moana groans out of frustration, never had her head hurt of overthinking, but now she was pretty sure it did. At some point of her sitting on the flat rock, she wished the elders just chose a husband for her, but at the same time, she was glad they didn't.
The young woman was desperate for some way to be able to flee her horrible situation, but however, the elders had forbidden her to go on a canoe for the next year, unless it was with one of the suitors. Maui had apologized, as it was his fault, and surprisingly enough, he decided to stay for the coming year, encouraging Moana from the sidelines.

At some point, Moana had her head in her hands, not able to hold the pressure of the unknown. She didn't know how long she was in the position, but as she heaved her head up to look in front of her, she saw the big and friendly eyes of her pet pig Pua, who had grown quit a bit since her adventure that at the start, almost costed his live. "Talofa Pua..." She smiled at him weakly as she scratched him behind the ears. A soft oinking was heard as he nestled himself against his best friend. Moana draped an arm around him and absentmindedly stroked his fur as she once again got lost in her thoughts, but with her best animal friend next to her, voiced it instead.

"You know... I could start and talk with Aputi? I mean, I have been talking to him a lot right before the elders started about the whole 'suitor' thing... Maybe it's a good take off with all this..." She turned her head to Pua, who had an interested feature on his pig face.
"But... I can also start with the least favorite... With no doubt Hawea... He's two years older than me and still acts like a child.." She complained lightly. "Maybe if I just hang around him more often, it'll change?" She hoped for any kind of respons of Pua, but she could've guessed she wasn't getting any. With a sigh, she kept quiet.

However not for long, as she turned back to him with a scowl. "You know, making a sound is all I ask from you, if it is Lasalo, Vaea, Tolo, Mahana, Rangi-" She was interrupted by the sound of Pua's oinking.
"Rangi? You think Rangi is a good way to start?" Again the oinking sound.
"But-" She wanted to protest, but actually didn't have a reason to do so. She sighed and shook her head. "You are one hell of a weird right hand pet, Pua."
