EDIT: this isnt its final design, its a WIP. his final pic will come soon.A new character I made while doodling (again...).
I was actually drawin Zenka's negative form but i started changing some things and made this
Name: Phantom Zero
Nickname: Just Zero, or Phantom
Age: Unknown
Gender: Unknown, is usually referred to as "it"
Forms:
-regular: four legs and tail
-ghost form: Only from two legs and his backside is merged into a ghost-like rear end.
Description: Skinny legs and snout, perfectly round eyes. Skinny long tail that has a fluffy end. Long skinny tounge, almost snake-like. Long skinny ears, and needle like teeth.
Personality: Generally very friendly, despite his appearence. Is mostly always in a great mood. Childish and loves to play, very outgoing. Is sensitive and gets offended easily. Usually invades peoples personal space, is mischievous, bold, and outspoken. Speaks from his mind, and doesnt have a very complex thought, very simple-minded.
I love this character ^^ i love it so much that i would actually make it my fursona, but everybody loves little Zenkerz and so do I so this is just OC

I'm with you there. I was browsing and saw this pic, I clicked on it to see if it was the same artist. It isn't.
I'm going to assume you know VengefulSpirits and are a fan/watcher of theirs. If the artist knows about this artwork and believes it is similar and doesn't feel that it is too similar to call it your own fair enough.
If you put in the description"This character I have created looks similar to the character 'Venge' created by the artist VengefulSpirits, but is not a rip-off/copy of that artist and has been given the okay by that artist" then it should be fine. However you WILL need to do that very thing. People WILL check with the other artist and let them know if similar work is seen around the place. I myself have done this for professional artists, they then tell me whether they have no problem with it.
I'm sure your watchers and fans would do the very same for you.
"I dont care what you have to say and i dont need to prove myself"-This makes you sound defensive and also very guilty. As I said if you want to stop people from assuming put the above statement in your descriptions and no comments should be made about it.
Also BanditKat is listed as one of your friends, perhaps they are just a watcher, but friends will tend to stand by their friends side regardless of who is right or wrong. Loyalty has its perks I guess.

I'm 90% sure you will probably take offense to this, but please do take my advice for consideration to avoid this happening in future.
