It's really cute and I love the animation, but a few problems I have with this is that the bubbles kinda just get absorbed into a transparent black hole instead of popping like bubbles. I also noticed that the hair was waving around but not the cape, which could also use some work but then again, just my opinion.
the last thing that bothered me was that the arm on the right (orange stripes) didn't have enough animation, making it look like it was kind of "bent".
I'll conclude this by saying that everything else is really cute and I'd give it a 9.7/10 in all! Keep up the good work!! ^^
