For that pinkish-sphere thing-glow, at the end, try making a shape tween from a smaller circle, to a bigger one that is hollowed out. Works well.

I see well I recommend watching some tutorials to get some basics down however personally tutorials didn't teach me anything, I acquired my skills through practice and all that shizzu so yeah!

mhmm that is quite an easy one, just simply put 2 glow effects over your particles.
One glow effect needs to have 0x and the other 0y and there ya go! C:

I do frame-by-frame but I guess you could just as well shape tween every particle though that would require a huge amount of layers 0:
