Description
This is an edit of SBlister's WindowBlinds theme (and technically MeisterMzk's theme, though this was only used as a template, I am pretty sure no images from it were used).This version gets rid of a few problems, like the missing 'More Programs' bar, and the drop down arrows that would show with a black box on them. It also changes a few other things, mostly text though.
I do not claim most of the credit here; feel free to thank me, or comment/critique, but give some praise to SBlister too!

For some reason the Diablo start button is hidden by the task bar. How can I get it to show over it as in the picture?

I believe I made this on an older version of WindowBlinds and it may be incompatible with newer versions. I made this back in 2009 when I was running XP on my computer. I no longer have an XP machine and am unable to troubleshoot any issues that arise personally.

Unfortunately, the Theme wasn't made by me, I only edited it so that the My Programs button would appear. Also, I don't have WB and I'm not running XP on this computer. If you want to work on this, feel free to do so either with or on your own.

How to install it? WB doesn't recognize any folder to load. It would be nice to have a .wba file to load .

windowblinds should be able to load the zip file, if it is not able, just unzip it to a folder named after the skin and use that as the folder to load it from

Well, I was using the latest version, you might want to try using the newest version, it may have features that aren't included in your version.
