Description
Seeing that N thought this pokemon had lost it “pureness”, I think it reasonable to conclude he is also prejudiced towards artificial Pokémon like: Porygon, Mewtwo, Claydol, Castform, Golurk and Magiana (that new wind-up Moon Rabbit Ballroom Dress Pokemon, that may make it into a possible Pokemon Z release or just be a sneak peek for Gen7). I hope that First Movie Mewtwo, shows that fool of a “King” that it's (and I am paraphrasing here) “not where you come from, it what you do that matters”.Anyway main thing with this guy is that you can change the SNES cartridges on its canon to change the type of move it’s Techno Blast is. Also it can be a hoverboard
But what did it used to be? A Kabutops? An Armaldo? Or a pokemon that was yet to be documented?

didnt realize those power ups of his were Super NES cartridges too. Lol Maybe the head honchos designing Genesect had a love for video games and designed it's components based on the latest video game technology at the time (Dr. Eggman once created a robot that was made out of SEGA Dreamcast systems, E-105 "Zeta", look it up sometime.)
My guess is Team Plasma either had a member who once was partners with Fuji, when he was a scientist who believed in genetically enhancing Pokemon for the greater good. But ambition blinded and corrupted the suspect after the Mewtwo incident whereas Fuji decided to stop.
OR, Team Plasma did some serious Internet research and somehow recovered/stole the data pertaining to the same experiment and attempted to create their own Super Pokemon for their own reasons.
Either way, they sealed it away due to being too dangerous even for Plasma to control.
