Anyway the top bug top along with Scyther in Gen 1, then in gen 2 Scyther got to evolve and Pinsir was replaced with Heracross. But after all these years Pinsir final got the upper hand on Heracross with it Mega Evolution In short don't use Heracross against a Pinsir that can Mega Evolve, the odds a not that good even if it is a Mega Heracross
