A request from She kept asking me to do this but I would not do it due to a similar rule I had with only drawing the lv 100 pokemon I own. But then Puddles moved out of her town around the same time Alfonso left mine, so I felt a bit of sympathy with her and I thought I would be a nice thing to do. Just don't think I will do it all the time I hear a sob story
