Description
When Wendy's step-father contracted the shrinking virus, she cleverly bid her time until he was less than half his original size. Making her eleven year old self, much more than a match for his rapidly diminishing strength.One day when her mother went out to buy groceries she exacted her revenge for all of the cruelness that her step-father had visited upon her.
She chose the very same instrument that he had inflicted so much pain upon her with...
Fate had taken a most delicious turn she reasoned as she held his flailing form securely in place for a round of punishment that he would never forget so long as he lived.
Sadly or perhaps more ominously, this would only be the beginning of his ordeals to come

Not necessarily.. She just has to swing it forward and then snap it back before it hits in order to get more damage.... So, she's actually in good position right now.

Yeah, you lose the slack when you snap it back which is what she's about to do.. I make the mistake of assuming that most people would know this a while back... I might have done better to write it into the story script above.

Most times they do... They just turn a blind eye to it... Woman aren't perfect either.

I would take it as betrayal. Good for her she can now punish him whenever she wants.

Many kids who endure those types of abuse do indeed do just that... Take it as a betrayal to the parent who knowingly ignored it.
I'm aware of those situations.. But do you know what's worse? They in turn doing the same exact thing when their kids get subjected to abuse. I watched it happen in my family as my mother was abused by a step father and then my sister was abused by a biological father. In each case the mother knew and ignored. And I know that my mother deeply resented her own mother over it... Yet she turned around and allowed the same exact thing to happen to her daughter.
My sister doesn't talk to my mother as a result of that. And I think it's a good karmic lesson for my mother to have to endure on account of what she should have learned on account of going through such an experience her own self and did not.

That is terrible. I have never been remotely close trough that horrible stuff like you have. What a different world compared too mine. But I understand betrayal and how afwful that is. And I treat those people the same way your sister does your mother. By totally ignoring them cutting of all possible contact.
The horror that the one that should protect you, betrays you and the other parent that should protect you, violates you. And then a stranger, a stephfather who is let into your home only to continue that process with your sister is double betrayal.
I would be so full of hate if I had to endure that.

A lot of people acquire dissociative personality disorders when they are sexually molested in their youth. Or split personalities. The governments of various countries learned this long ago and how to turn those types of people into assassins and all kinds of other unspeakable professions. England with the Tavistock Institute, America with the CIA, and Russia with the NKVD later to become the KGB along with a whole slew of others.
If you have a entry level soul, or you have a soul that has deep karma to pay back, then one of the best planets that you can be sent to in order to quickly mature through ordeal or quickly pay off that karma by the same is planet earth.. That's why we are a quarantined planet with one hell of a radiation belt designed to keep our form of democracy from attempting to spread it elsewhere, he, he, he.

Indeed. What you write in your first paragraph gives me a grim perspective of the world. We have governments al around the world with a pure business like attitude. Good vs Evil doesn't play a role in their world. Business(money?/Power) before everything. With that single force that drives them, you get the world you see today before you. The British version(Tavistock Institute and co) is the worst, most sneaky one. We have the A.I.V.D., but they are nothing compared to the others that operate international.
The buddhism and hinduism philosophy is very interesting. The quest for the absolute truth. I have to read up on Karma. I know the basic concepts of it, but not in all its details.

It's not like he can really go crying to his wife about his situation either, since the whole truth would then come out about how he had beaten her young daughter while he was still a full-sized man.

Well, at age 11, she's about right to enter sixth grade, so there might be some possibilities for middle school.
He's small, but not too small to serve as a team manager and coach's assistant for the girls' volleyball team (assuming Wendy plays). His wife would encourage him getting more involved in her daughter's activities - not to mention giving herself a break by getting him out of the house and out from under her feet for a while.
At after-school practices, he'd be interminably chasing down errant volleyballs in the gym while continually at the beck and call of a bunch of giggling, snarky, sassy-assed gossipy middle-school girls - fetching their towels and water, picking up their sweaty items after them, lugging whatever equipment he's able. Worst of all would be game days, where, as team manager, he'd be expected to show solidarity by wearing the team uniform of abbreviated skintight spandex shorts and fitted lycra sleeveless jersey. If Wendy and her teammates are exceptionally cruel, then hair ribbons in matching team colors (common among many female volleyball players) may be in his future as well, although that might give his wife pause!

Yikes, a challenge!
Maybe one of the following might be do-able?
(1) He's at practice, shamelessly ogling the very pretty girls' volleyball coach. An errant shanked volleyball from a team drill is flying hard at him either from his side or from back behind him. He's about to get hammered, much to the amusement of one (or more) of the team, and he has no idea what's coming.
or
(2) Actually, number 1 is still awfully "busy" in terms of number of elements. For something simpler, perhaps he's hungrily eyeing the coach while unaware (for the moment) that his now-ticked-off wife and his smirking daughter are now eyeing HIM while he's eyeing the coach.
or
(3) He's trying to pick up sweaty towels from the floor. Girls from the team who are aware of his violent history with his step-daughter Wendy are yelling at him, intimidating him, maybe even pushing him or popping him with a rolled up wet towel.
or
(4) He's paired up with Wendy in a two-player bump drill, where one player will spike it hard so the other must dig it. A conventional volleyball would be as big to him as a beach ball would be to a normal sized person, and it would be coming FAST. Abject fear on his part would be palpable.
Dadgummint, I just can't seem to keep things simple.
Last try:
(5) Him and Wendy are in their matching game-day uniforms, him looking either angry or scared while a triumphant Wendy ties his hair into pigtails.
Really and truly the last try:
(6) Or just forget the volleyball theme - just have him struggling to match stride with the much taller Wendy while carrying her heavy purse, loaded bookbag, and laptop. She's talking on her cellphone but carrying nothing else while paying him no attention. Basically, now that the family power dynamic has shifted precipitously, Wendy is treating her former tormentor with cool disdain, like a privileged prima donna heiress would treat a lowly nameless valet. It'd probably make things too complex, but maybe he's just far enough behind her that the door she just opened to walk through is about to close on the very heavy-ladened put-upon man.
Aw, crap. My apologies, Dr. Creep, I couldn't keep things simple to save my life.

Thank you very much my friend but it's not necessary.. As I'm a very big believer that what happens to us in this life is payback for stuff that we did to others in previous lives or this one.. And we know what will happen to us before we even take birth so there are no true victims on this planet my friend.
It's just a question of do you have the courage to face up to your past deeds so that you can continue to grow and move on... Some don't.. But I fortunately did and have made a strong effort not to repeat the mistakes that I've made in the past that led up to the circumstances that I had to endure this time around. I don't always win but I'm sure in my next life I will have some better choices than were available to me this time around.
I don't ask anyone to believe in any of the above.. I only ask that they respect my right to believe in what I said above.
And finally, by not seeing myself as a victim I am free to leave the past behind and move on. In my art, you are just seeing me off-gassing what little bubbles that are still lodged in my soul.

I think she should tie him to the spokes of that bike then he won't be able to move and she can perfect her whipping skills. Just cracking it inches from important bits would be enough as actually hitting him would slice him open anyway.
