The name of the special manga is "funbari no uta" and it's 5 chapters.

Sorry to say, but nobody can be sure -Thanks to Takei-sama- that it's Yoh's and Anna's son, because in the OVA (I can send it to anybody) he says his first name was created from his father's and mother's name. Moreover I don't like spoilers, but I can say, that I have even more questions now, than I had before reading it.
