Frost messing with Hiccup.I figured Jack Frost would visit Berk often considering how cold it is there. And I just felt as though this was obligatory, so ta-da~!
(Also, I dont own, these lovely Characters, Dreamworks does!)

Well, do you mean culturally? Hes just a figure like the other ones. Whenever there is frost on the grass, parents tell their children jack frost has been there. Hes an imaginary icon that depicts cold weather, frost, snow, etc.
