I know, I`m kind of a bad person for not posting art in a bloody MONTH, but hey, when real life kicks you in the nads like it did me, then can you really blame me for that? At least now you get this image out of me, thus be grateful for it!

This one was actually inspired by Elder-V `s image of Zigler if he wouldn`t have been cursed when he was still a growing fetus/baby and since Mathafrae has been cursed in her early youth as well, which turned her into, well, this the more she grew (and still grows) as well as gave her dark side a visible form, only that instead of her still being in her egg, she was around 3-4 years old (and thus her "hatching hair" every Wyvern infant gets in order to properly hatch, as I had told about to WLynx , were pretty much gone, but the hair follicles themselves were not) ... yeah, you can expect that it would really mess with her own body as well, like the overall standing pose and her more dragon-like guise. This is how she would look like in her adult form if she wouldn`t have been cursed in the 1st place.
Now, most Wyverns in the society she hatched in look pretty much like any actual Wyvern you would expect, which are essentially bird-standing snakelike creatures with wings, a single pair of legs, a stinger/a row of poisonous spikes on their tails and little to no growths on their heads aside the fangs and rows of sharp spikes either on or close to their heads the older they get, as seen in here: proxy11.media.online.ua/uol/r3… . Horns tend to appear here and there, but they`re generally very rudimentary and tend to remain as close to the horns they had as hatchlings as possible and as for other very strange features like wing markings or an unusual body color, it depends on the overall lineage of each individual Wyvern ... and it`s this lineage of hers that made Mathafrae weird in other Wyvern`s eyes, since her parents were known to exhibit features that you would most commonly seen on a creature called Drakon, which are dragons of the old that resemble giant snakes www.theoi.com/image/M26.1Drako… and were known to be keepers of the ancient wisdom, like the belly armor scales and tiny round dot-like pattern on their wings. She is no different, only instead of just belly armor or even back armor instead of typical spike row, she actually started to develop a weird reddish crown-like growth right on top of her head ... and it would have grown even further the more she matured, expressing itself as a sort of hard sharp "beard" on her jaw as well, if the Ancient Wyvern Leader wouldn`t have taken over the nest and quench any sort of resistance from "fellow" Wyverns from both banishing and cursing them, her included, even if it was her parents that were the main target of that.

Again, take heed whenever an event happens, no matter how small, since those events can shape up your entire bloody future.

I actually used the thicker brush in order to make the lineart more "pop out" here as an experiment and even though I technically don`t like linearts that "pop out" like this, I actually like this one more, since it exposes her for what she`s worth more and makes her be in the center of attention more ... and yes, her legs are actually that strong as well here, enabling her to stand like a bird without any sort of problem. Gotta love actual Wyverns for that .
