Probably. she, Adams and Edward  Platt (The Chief) were all the same height so for a distance shot she might be in heels but up close, where her height could be compared, she probably wore flats.
Not that height is a big deal but for the joke to work they had to look like the could be serious Bond characters.

You have to admire how clever she could be in finding ways to deemphasize her height compared to them.

This TV product is a little Masterpiece!
I'm aware of the skills of the Actors and by the cleaver direction.
Your comments are very wellcomed and I like them a lot!
In my opinion "get Smart" is one of the best, if not the best one, James Bond's Parody!

Me la ricordavo an h'io  ome molto bellina... e cercando in rete sue foto... ho notato come fosse davvero bella!

Era un telefilm di poche pretese, ma se non ricordo male con la collaborazione di Mel Brooks, che peró faceva in modo elegante e divertente la farsa all'allora imperante stile James Bondesco.
