I just have to draw him all sleepy like Cx Charlie is unlike most people when they're sleepy, instead of grumpy he gets calm and doesn't get anger easily. Maybe sweet~I just added Detective Bubbles in there xD; and lineless

You should try making something like this using illustrator (pen tool, masking, pathfinder, etc) or something with similar vector tools. Would give you more tools and options to work with.
