Description
For the first event in the group~ Hallowgiving~ and one of the activities is dressing up, but it has to be made out of things from nature. It could be based of a legendary and can even add a mask~
Roxy's costume is based of Celebi, cause y'know grass type and it design was right for making what I had in mind.
Her outfit is kinda suppose to be something like Robin hood, well the Disney one. Like the hat, well I tried.
