she is voiced by Nakajima Megumi
who debuted by voicing the well known Macross Froniter's (adorable) character Ranka Lee, who has a lovely voice (she sang too in the anime),

After Ranka, A vocaloid was released named Megpoid Gumi, who looks verrry similar to Ranka, i guess so people could make the connection,
anyway, i loooove her smooth, sweet voice,
(WAY better than Miku's! sorry, but its true)

used dot brush by: ummm i cant locate who i got the brush from.... i thought i had it somewhere O.o and there are alot of Dot brushes on DA, so i apologize, as soon as i find it ill update
