This seriously gives me silent hill vibes. My submission for DESIGN TRADE/ FREE CHARACTER DESIGNS - CONTESTI'm looking for new characters, they don't have to make sense, they can just be plain weird because they live in a place where the leader is eight cats and a racoon in clothes and a top hat, shady vacuum-salesmen made of swarms of flies try to sell you their wares, you pay for your morning coffee by allowing the café owner to project advertisements into your head while you sleep and polka dotted tigers roam the streets, ridden by rodeo clowns. The Park is a place where sometimes the chairs float or your house changes color for a day, but that's okay, it's normal.
It's set in a post apocalyptic setting, although centuries have passed since the actual apocalypse, people have just accepted this strange, chaotic world as normal everyday life.
