Aside from Bisexual!Dean, FtM!Dean is my favorite Dean Winchester head canon. When I first came out, I did a lot of macho posturing to "make up for" the fact that I didn't pass very well yet, and I identified a lot of Dean's hyper masculinity as similar to the behaviors I displayed when I was first settling into my gender identity. So, to celebrate this head canon, I took this photograph to represent what Dean's bedside table might look like on his injection days.

Trans head canons aren't for everyone, but please, don't leave any transphobic comments.
