Have the clouds ever really shimmered blue, yellow, green, and white at the same time? That is just one beautiful part of this piece. At first, Sol (if I'm correct that this is Sol) seemed so wonderful, so knowledgeable, so it might have seemed if the clouds opened up and sparkled above him.
I love the way you have interpreted Sol's coat. He almost looks muddy and unkempt, which is how most cats thought he was. Though the light shines on him, it shines on his back, almost hiding the light that would make him glow. I'm not sure if you intended that, but that's how I see it!
One thing I would ask you to change is that it seems as if his back leg/legs are falling off the cliff. I'm not exactly sure he wants to fall of the cliff flying backward, so you might want to change that next time.

Either Mapleshade or Sol? Mapleshade would fit the picture, but Sol would fit the title, (sol means sun) Good drawing(: I oed that way you did the cat. It would fit wither cat. I'm not sure if you made amber eyes or green eyes.... o_o both Mapleshade and Sol have amber, I believe...
