It's wielded by Sabrina in the story, and the helmet has an opening in the back where her hair is held up in the comb.

(You can probably tell that the pose is traced from the show, this is because I didn't feel like drawing out an original pose for a drawing that's just meant to convey what the Villain looks like. So, credit to the original artists of the show.)
