It's official. Thrawn is Cannon. Commander Mitt'rawn'nuruodo himself is coming to the Star Wars universe.I remember seeing stills of Ben Mendelson's character for Rogue One and thinking, "hm, wouldn't it be fun if he was... well, not Thrawn, but a 'thrawn-like' character?" Little did I know...
Lars Mikkelsen is doing the voice of Thrawn in Rebels, so far that's the only time we know he's going to show up and lets face it, his chances of surviving his season are not great...
But if they happened to put Lars Mikkelsen in make-up and give him an onscreen role in Rogue One, he'd look like this.
