So here is the male portion of the crew of the Enterprise. From left to right you have: Scotty, Bones, Kirk, Spock, Sulu and Chekov.This was inspired by a fic I am writing, A Trick of Eros [link] , where Jim and Spock meet as teenagers. Only Jim has just been turned into a girl. It is an adult story and will involve a pregnat Jim. But so far people are liking it. The girl jim in the story has hair more like Scotty's in this pic than the Kirk in this pic.

Being a girl isn't all great either. There's good and both with being either gender. I've been in your place I off and on wish I was male, because I felt more like a boy growing up than a girl. Still do many days, though not to the point that I'd go through the surgery. I think it's more that I see myself as standing on the line between male and female. Some days I feel like being a girl, some a boy.
I'm, glad you like the picture. I am actually working on a better, updated version of it. Adding in Nyota, Keesner, and Jahyla. Possibly Christine Chapel or Carol Marcus as well. Haven't decided on those two yet.

That makes more sense. Although I still have a hard time seeing girl!Scotty as a lesbian. He always struck me as kind asexual.

Aha, I really like it. Just recently I read one of the old, old novels where everyone is actually flipped over and your drawing really adds to the image I had in my head. I love how well you transfered their character so strongly. Sulu comes over the strongest to me, but I absolutely adore your McCoy the most. Gah, hair!

Sure. It's actually a short story that was in an old anthology (from the time before their was fanfiction, I guess). Because the anthology was so, so out of print and almost impossible to find, I made a copy of the entire story available through my Leonard H. McCoy Guide.

Yeah, I really like how Sulu and McCoy came out. I'm not a great Sulu fan, mostly 'cause he doesn't really show up a lot in the episodes, but he is just fun to draw. And McCoy always has these great expressions that are so fun.
