Personality: goofy and silly, can't seem to stay still or stay serious for extended periods of time. (Thus, he can't pass even 5 seconds without doing silly stuff)

Make way for the silliest, looniest, goofiest, and yes, most annoying and unbearable DJ Cousin ever. Here's DJ Crazy, as his name indicates he's quite the opposite of a sane person. He won't stop talking and when he does, he talks too fast, in fact he even moves really fast as result of being hyperactive. He sure can be a pain on the tail sometimes. (And by "sometimes", I mean "often", and by often I mean "pretty much 99% of the time").

Sometimes, DJ Cop uses DJ Crazy's chatterbox tendencies to torment criminals into choosing to be reformed.
