man...took me forever to FINALLY draw this oneT_T;;not forever to actually draw it...forever to come up with a decent idea for it...but...in the end...I came up with your simple, run of the mill pose
;;Tis 's chara Anah...tis a trade with him...and I've another to do for him....as well as a few commish>.>;;;;
HOPES YA LIKES DEAR!!^O^...cause I SERIOUSLY didn't know what to do with her!O_O;;;;
thought it came out pretty well, considering it's been well over a month since I last coloured anything decent XP...I still feel rusty T_T;;
Done with pencil, Prismacolour markers, coloured pencils and white acrylic highlights...colour adjusted in Photoshop 7, as we all know that markers do NOT scan well no matter whatT_T;;;

Hon...I hate to say this....but you CAN'T copyright a hairstyle or hair colouring
And TRUST me...this person REALLY exist, so I know for a fact that she was not copied from your character.

With the hair style the highlights in the hair are the the same color down to the tee!

not every strand of hair is ever drawn the same way twice...this is MY rendition of his character...the placement of the colours vary from drawing to drawing.
I'm sorry...but like I said...I know my friend VERY well and his girlfriend, who the character is based off of...there was NO copying.
If you have ANY more concerns on this subject, contact my friend yourself and talk with him. You will find that there are MANY MANY characters in the world that are similar in looks/appearances....so...what you think to be unique is indeed not...trust me! There are a ton of characters out there that look similar to my own, of which I did not copy from.

But other people will assume that you had copied from them! You is not getting what I'm saying! Of course I'm going to think that he copied from my character and I'm sure that he will assume that I have copied from him which I didn't! all of my characters are from the top of my head! Both of our characters are based on real people and I don't care what you or anybody say but i'm still going to keep her in my gallery! And I'm going to continue on drawing her!

Ok! You got a point there about copyrighting a hair style or coloring but both characters look totally alike! so I assumed this person tried to copy my character!

I ASSURE you....my friend did NOT copy your character, seeing as his character is based on an actual living person, his girlfriend, who I also know well.
Seriously...it's just coincidence that they look alike as far as hair is concerned, but her history is FAR different from your character's.
