Description I have been going to the Venetian Night for two years at the lakefront now, and I love the pomp and grandeur of it-- the colors, the festivities, the enthusiastic people, the beautiful boats. The fireworks, reflected in the glass and steel of the matchless structures of Chicago and painting a million stars in the lake are magnificent, and a fitting tribute to my most beloved city.

chicago is a beautiful city, my only complaint on visiting there was discovering how unbearably cold the lake is for swimming
