In an alternate timeline... what if Donkey Kong Country started out on NES as a platformer under the same engine as Super Mario Bros. using the Arcade aesthetics?SPECIAL THANKS TO THE FOLLOWING:
EnteiTheHedgehog (most of the assets were from his SMB1 sprites of DK and DK Jr. and were edited)
Izzi Rae (King K. Rool and the Kremlings were designed off her SMB1 Wart sprite she once uploaded to Twitter)
Rifter8Rockets (The banana in the HUD icon was restyled from a commission I once purchased from him)
