Description
Decided to draw Rotom but in Old Sugimori style as best I can.
I think I managed to do it except for the eyes, I kept it to my style but I did use the same watercolour tool to do it, so it was slightly different. 
Hope you guys like it. It's totally not Rotom Norm.
