Cool, her hair is so shiney it looks metallic! That's a pretty neat effect I think. I also like the way you blurred the top of her eyes, it causes quite a nice effect.

I like the detail you put into her hair. The way the color of the skirt starts to bleed out into the surrounding areas is really nifty, and the contrast between the light skirt and the black ribbons is nice. There is one thing though. I didn’t notice it at first but the arm that's raised looks like it's broken at the elbow. Her arm bends outward at the elbow, but I believe that normally you can only bend until it's straight.

Nice job! I like how the lineart is colored, although you may want to make it darker to put more contrast between the lineart and the coloring. It's very pretty. the textures make it very pretty, but it's light so I don't think it affects it much... great job!
