There's a story behind this:

“Don’t you ever get tired of drawing!?”
Lin Chung looked away from his canvas to find Mighty Ray and Mystique Sonia loaded with pails, shovels, and random scraps.
“Yeah!” Mystique Sonia chimed in, “Take a break and help us build the best sandcastle the Hidden Lands have ever seen!”
“Sorry,” Lin Chung replied, “I can’t right now. I can’t ignore inspiration when it strikes. Today, I’ve been inspired by Big Green.”
Mighty Ray raised an eyebrow. “Big Green!? I’m happy it’s our base and everything, but what’s so amazing about Big Green? It’s just a giant tortoise shell!”
Lin Chung nodded. “True, but it’s the legend of how this shell became our base that has inspired me. You see, long ago…”

High Roller had all the animals on his side. Including the turtles.” Commander ApeTrully slightly glared at the story telling, for he knew that the monkeys had never once joined High Roller, but he did not say anything. “Like chameleon queen,the turtle king relied on High Roller for food and water. However, High Roller would not give him any until turtle king paid his tributes to him. The turtle king was so thirsty that he finally deiced to drink the ocean.” Everyone stared at the ocean as they sat in an oval on the beach. “But the ocean is still here! How could he have drank it?” Mystique Sonia asked Lin Chung. Lin Chung continued on with the story. “He only had drunken some of it. The ocean use to be higher leveled than it is now. Like chameleon queen, he grew large. The turtle king passed away due to large amount of weight he couldn't handle. The current turtle king had the turtles remove his shell as a sign of respect. It was only used again when two people came, and asked the turtle king for the shell.” There was a moment of anxious silence. “I believe that was you, and Woo, am I correct?” Lin Chung questioned, looking at his commander. ApeTrully nodded with a dazed look on his face. “The turtles were very much interested in ending this war.” Commander ApeTrully said. Lin Chung smiled. “I must finish drawing this shell, the sun is starting to go down.” Lin Chung announced. Everyone else got up to go and play on the beach while the sun was still shining. Mystique Sonia was sun bathing, Mighty Ray and Jumpy Ghostface were playing a game of Frisbee. Mr. NoHands was soaking his feet in the ocean, and ApeTrully walked around collecting sea shells. Eventually, everyone got a little tired of doing what they were doing. Lin Chung sat down with his drawing faced down so no one could see it. His eyes were close, but he had a smile on his face, and he looked proud. Lin Chung flipped up the painting, and it was beautiful. There was all of first and second squad, Woo, ApeTrully, and all the turtles sitting on top of the base, but it was the original turtle king in his shell. Everyone was wide-eyed, mouth-dropped, and down right amazed by the magnificent piece of art. “Lin Chung, this is amazing!” Mystique Sonia complimented. “Yeah! It's even mightier than me!” Mighty Ray smiled. “Lin Chung great artist!” Jumpy said while bouncing. “Lin Chung, this drawing belongs in a museum! You are very talented!” Mr. NoHands complimented. “Mr. NoHands is right! We shall hang this for everyone to see!” ApeTrully said, then he started crying at the drawing's beauty! “I'm very glad you all like it.” Lin Chung said with a delighted smile.
