EDITThis lineart is getting quite popular so I decided to update it with cleaner version, now when I know how to clean linearts

I just wanted to doodle an eastern dragon so I made some free lineart x3 I might color it myself someday but now it's for everybody's use.

I hope you dont mind me asking but how do you use this in photoshop elements?

You use the layers and put the lineart-layer on multiply mode, then create another layer beneath the lineart and here, you can paint it without messing with the lines.

In the layer window there's an option where reads 'normal' click it and choose multiply.
There's several tutorials in dA so check them if you need more help, it's hard to explain by words.
