Not to "ham it up" or anything but....I LOVE THIS, I'm kinda proud of myself,
My first crack at using the "Path" tool in "The Gimp" to trace over my sketch and voila, create lineart!
I think Rei and Vegeta make a good crossover couple...
Obviously used some amazing brushes:

And, the "spark" brush in Gimp is pretty sweet, I used that too!
